1. How do you assess Board Member’s contribution to the Authority? (You might want to include such things as: attendance at Board meetings, preparation for Board meetings e.g. documents well read, participation, and committee work, or any other areas on which you would like to comment.)
2. Do you feel that the Board Member’s contributions e.g. Time, to the Authority are at a level which is “significant” for the organisation? Why or why not?
3. How has the Board Member invested in their personal growth and knowledge of the business? E.g. Enrolment for IoDSA Being a Directors Courses/Training Offered/Own Industry Research?
